Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the design, construction and completion of refurbishment and external works at Llewellyn Place, Pentre, located within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works. The works will be undertaken using an NEC Term Service Contract A The project consists of the total refurbishment of a block of 6 flats over three floors including replacing some structural alterations, (where identified in Annex 1), including the making-good of all internal and external, disturbed surfaces and structures.
