Tender description

The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is to support North Lanarkshire Council in the development of its approach to deliver its vision of creating a world-class digital infrastructure, connectivity services and digital communications by undertaking market engagement to gather, analyse and validate feedback to inform all aspects of the approach. The Council are exporing options to establish a digital connectivity partnership to deliver its ambitious vision of universal connectivity, digital enablement and innovation across North Lanarkshire in line with ‘The Plan’ for North Lanarkshire and in doing so the Council is looking to aggregate its requirements for: — connectivity for Council sites via the Wide Area Network, — connectivity for IOT devices, — mobile data and telephony, — replacement for PSTN, — SIP Trunks, — internet breakout, — public Wi-Fi within defined areas.
