Tender description

The proposed project comprises a single building, known as the Print-Making Workshop, and ancillary works. The building is designed as a simple, steel-framed structure on a concrete foundation with a series of north-facing, ‘sawtooth’ rooflights providing daylight within. The overall development will comprise approximately 355m2 of development. The scope of works incorporates build out of the facility, including the full building substructure, structure, fabric, mechanical, electrical and internal fit-out and furniture fit-out. The proposed building also incorporates roof level recreational and plant and associated rooftop accessibility.
