Tender description

We are seeking the delivery of innovative and proactive accommodation-based support and housing management in north Westminster, to be delivered by one or multiple providers. There are 57 units in total and the make-up of the units presents the option of short stay services and longer-term housing. The clients are homeless, vulnerable and will have a range of support needs, including people with offending histories and moderate mental health needs. We are therefore interested in providers who will utilise invigorated strength-based support models to provide stability for clients and help them develop their independence in a client-led way.
