Tender description

The framework is to provide taxi services for individuals including but not limited to patients, visitors and staff to and from participating authority premises and the conveyance of light goods between participating authority’s premises. The types of goods include but are not limited to suitably packaged, case notes, X-rays, specimens, wheelchairs and walkers. Journeys will not be paid for in cash and will be on account basis with invoices or consolidated invoices being raised on a monthly basis. The services are to be provided within the regions of South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire. Lot 1: Barnsley — provision of taxi services for Barnsley region to cover conveyance of passengers to and from and between participating authority premises. Operators must be licensed by Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council https://www.geopunk.co.uk/council/Barnsley-District-(B) Minimum estimated number of journey’s to be covered = 1 100 per Annum The below-listed authorities (plus those entities listed at Section II.2.11) and Section VI.3) are eligible to access the resulting framework – subject to NOE CPC approval. Operators must be licensed by Bassetlaw District Council https://www.geopunk.co.uk/council/Bassetlaw-District Minimum estimated numer of journey’s to be covered = 2,200 per Annum The below-listed Authorities (plus those entities listed at Section II.2.11 and Section VI.3) are eligible to access the resulting framework – subject to NOE CPC approval. NOE CPC member bodies as listed at: http://www.noecpc.nhs.uk/current-members and any additional new NOE CPC members including wholly owned companies and subsidiaries, may utilise this framework agreement during the contract term. Lot 3 Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire - Provision of taxi services for Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire region to cover conveyance of passengers to and from and between participating Authority premises. Operators must be licensed by Chesterfield Borough Council or North East Derbyshire District Council https://www.geopunk.co.uk/council/Chesterfield-District-(B) https://www.geopunk.co.uk/council/North-East-Derbyshire-District Minimum estimated numer of journey’s to be covered = 5,100 per Annum The below-listed Authorities (plus those entities listed at Section II.2.11 and Section VI.3) are eligible to access the resulting framework – subject to NOE CPC approval.
