Carlow County Council’s - Local Enterprise Office promote and support micro enterprises and people thinking of starting their own business. The main supports are business information services, training, mentoring, business networks and financial supports for qualifying businesses. As part of the remit of Carlow County Council in partnership with the Information Technology Section it is procuring the services of as provider for Social Media Management. Description of Services Required – Social Media Management The social media management role incorporates content creation, promotion and engagement complemented with the following accounts on an ongoing basis: • Carlow County Council – Twitter Account • Carlow Local Enterprise Office – Linked Account • Carlow Local Enterprise Office – Twitter Account • Carlow Local Enterprise Office – Facebook Account Ongoing basis accounts are operated monthly. The following accounts are operated on a project basis: • County Carlow – A Festive Family Experience Project Accounts are activated for a period of activity or programme. The Contractor will be required to work on a cross functional basis in Carlow County Council to develop and promote their online presence through social media. The contractor will be expected to retpost and syndicate content from Carlow Tourism.
