As part of the Seaham Townscape Heritage Project the following workshops are be delivered once per year for the three-year duration of the Townscape Heritage project.: • An Introduction to Joinery (Sash Window Repairs, Splicing and Guttering) - 2-day course • An Introduction to Brickwork (Preparation and Repointing) - 2-day course • An Introduction to Masonry (Repair and Repointing) - 2-day course • An Introduction to Lime Plaster and Render - 2-day course • An Introduction to Painting - 1-day course
