Tender description
The Contracting Authority for this project invites you to tender for Design Team led Consultancy Services (Architect or Building Services Engineer that is familiar with school design and have experience in delivering projects of a similar scale and complexity, including the buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the National Energy Efficiency Upgrade Pilot Programme for Schools 2020. The key deliverable for these projects is the achievement of BER B1. There are 5 projects (lots) and each project represents a single tender competition.
