Tender description
Coventry City Council is looking to procure a contractor to work with them to construct A45 Overbridge at Eastern Green to unlock potential development land. The scheme will also include the following: — development plot earthworks, — development new utility services, — development surface water and foul drainage, — development landscaping. The Council estimates this scheme will be in the region of 15 000 000 GBP. The site is land adjacent/over the A45 at Eastern Green, Coventry Hallam Land Management Ltd c/o Brookbanks Consulting Ltd will be acting as the Council's agent on this project. The Council is issuing a PIN at this stage to seek out initial interest from the market. The Council currently envisages carrying our a tender following the competitive with negotiation procedure but reserves the right to follow an alternative procurement route if it deems it to be more appropriate.
