Tender description

Carlow County Council’s - Local Enterprise Office promote and support micro enterprises and people thinking of starting their own business. The main supports are business information services, training, mentoring, business networks and financial supports for qualifying businesses. As part of its 2020 Programme , the Local Enterprise Office will move away from its traditional Start Your Own Business Programme and develop a new client pipeline model broken into two parts called (1) LEO Pre-Start Programme (2) LEO Start Programme.
