Written tenders with a single fixed cost price are invited from competent organisations / persons / consortia with experience, wishing to undertake the following work; “Tidy Towns Plans Co. Leitrim.” This programme is a bespoke Analysis and Development (A&D) project supporting twelve Tidy Towns groups in county Leitrim, over a five to six-month period, to prepare five-year Tidy Town Plans for each of their towns / villages. The contractor will be expected to engage directly with all twelve groups (individually and collectively) to support them in completing an agreed realistic and funding planned five-year Tidy Towns plan for their area.
