High Lawn Primary and Nursery School (“the School”) is prepared to receive tenders for the Extension and Internal Refurbishment of the Nursery for High Lawn Primary School, BL1 7EX which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The works are the second phase to create a new single storey extension facility for 3-4 Year Old Nursery provision for 60 children. The first phase has created the Sensory Room and the second phase will complete the new toilet provision, new kitchen and internal alterations and the extension will create the new teaching areas. The works are summarised as follows: 1. Demolition of some structural walls 2. Removal of existing kitchen layout. 3. Installation of 5 No new toilets and corresponding wash hand basins and adaption of existing drainage. 4. Installation of new kitchen layout and adaption of existing drainage. 5. Infill a section to create the Meeting Room 6. Construction of an extension to create teaching space. 7. Alterations to some existing windows and installation of 2 No Roof lights.
