Tender description

Active learning through various mediums to cover a programme of self exploration and emotional intelligence. Methods to include writing tasks to promote literacy, interactive sessions via music and poetry and active CBT sessions to enable learners develop an understanding of value and taking ownership of beliefs. Learners should develop skills to positively manage and improve behaviour, recognising signs of conflict. Learners should be able to plan, present and communicate effectively, build a current CV and receive interview skills. Teaching should be delivered in a creative manner and work with learners with complex needs.
