Expressions of Interest to deliver a Luton based teenage parent support service , delivered with specialist Parent engagement staff and parents, which includes the provision of child play and development sessions operating to Children Centre quality standards. This service will support the work of the Flying Start Strategy , The Luton maternity services and the stronger families agenda. The ‘teenage and young parent pregnancy services will provide support, advice guidance and education for young parents living in Luton, working in partnership with a range of other agencies.
