Limerick Wayfinding, Orientation and Place making project

Tender description

Limerick City & County Council requires a competent and experienced Consultant (i.e. the successful Bidder) to research and manage the preparation by of a Wayfinding, Orientation and Interpretation Strategy for Limerick. The Consultant, which will comprise an Architect led integrated design team shall research, design and produce Limerick Wayfinding Strategy & Implementation Plan. This contract will include the full spectrum of wayfinding tools for the metropolitan area, including approach roads signage and the creation of distinct district areas within its City Centre. This will include the detailed design of all associated elements of each new intervention (markers, lights, signage etc.). The team will provide all necessary consultancy design services including Design, Graphics, Content editing, Archaeology / Heritage and other services necessary for the performance of the services described in this RFT. Engagement with stakeholders will take place on a regular basis.
