Legal Services to the CEO Pension Committee of the North/South Pension Scheme

Tender description

The Committee of the North/South Pension Scheme (‘the Scheme’), in line with the Rules of the Scheme, wishes to appoint a legal advisor to the Scheme, to provide general legal advice and guidance to the Committee as and when required. The Contract Period will be for three [3] years subject to budget, annual performance review, and other factors. The Committee may, at its discretion, opt to extend the contract annually for four [4] further years, again subject to budget, annual performance review and other factors, up to a maximum term of seven [7] years. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in April 2020. The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the Open Procedure. Suitably qualified Tenderers are hereby invited to submit a Tender.
