Tender description

DCC has a requirement for a loss adjusting service to work alongside DCC and its nominated claims handlers acting as an agent to facilitate the prompt settlement of claims received in relation to public liability and property damage insurance claims in accordance with the DCC claims philosophy. DCC has a requirement for a loss adjusting service to work alongside DCC and its nominated claims handlers acting as an agent to facilitate the prompt settlement of claims received in relation to public liability and property damage insurance claims in accordance with the DCC claims philosophy. The loss adjusting service covers the following remit: — personal household claims, — commercial claims (current incumbent can provide this, but other supplier may not be able to directly supply this service and would involve a third party in this element of work), — capital programme claims, — DCC major losses, — loss of business claims.
