Tender description

Newcastle Specials Pharmacy Production Unit requires upgrade of obsolete control systems for their suite of x9 (VHP) vaporized hydrogen peroxide isolators (comprising of x2 sanitising isolators, x2 bank isolators, x5 process isolators). The supplier will be responsible for: — provision of project management, documentation, supply, installation, commissioning and validation of the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) upgrades on the x9 La Calhene VHP isolators, — ensuring that the control system upgrade is ‘fit for purpose’ and in conformance with the upgrade requirements detailed in this specification document. The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wish to carry out pre-market engagement with interested suppliers to investigate the current capabilities in the industry.
