Ministry of Defence (MoD) requirement to provide clinical update training/professional development courses to Defence Medical Services (DMS) personnel to ensure they are competent for operational and peacetime roles. The authority has a requirement for access to a number of clinical update courses for registered nurses, healthcare assistants and allied health professionals. There is a requirement for face to face training, including access to in-house group training, and also e-learning, dependent upon the course content and training objectives.
