If you wish to be considered you must complete and submit a completed SQ by the closing date and time submissions cannot be uploaded after the closing date/time. Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the eTendering system. To be considered as a bidder you must complete and submit a bid by the deadline of 12.00 noon on 24.6.2019. Any questions relating to this procurement must be made via correspondence on the website, in accordance with the procurement documents and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted by the system. Please note the value stated in II.2.6) below is for the core contract period inclusive of any available extensions. The estimated annual contract value will be approximately 4 320 000,00 GBP. The contract will be awarded for a core period of twenty (20) years, with the option to extend the contract up to five (5) further years. This contract is conditional on the build of the home and the services will not commence until the home is built. Please note that the contract is subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands. The total contract value and duration set out in II.2.6) and II.2.7) are based the maximum 25 year term.
