Tender description

This opportunity relates to the provision of the outreach and low intensity 1:1 support elements of the all age early intervention support offer. The purpose of this offer is to improve households’ physical, social and emotional well-being, so that they do not need ongoing support from crisis and specialist services. The Council is in the process of carrying out a service review under the auspices of the thriving communities programme with a view to realigning the services to deliver the objectives of the programme. The review has not been completed in time and the services outlined in the notice are critical services and the Council is of the view that the services should be provided pending the outcome of there view and the redesign of the services requirements. It is for this reason that the Council is of the opinion that it is justified to contract for a period of 9 months starting from 1.4.2020 till 31.12.2020 The all age early intervention support offer: This opportunity relates to the provision of the outreach and low intensity 1:1 support elements of the all age early intervention support offer.
