Tender description

Seeking to engage a provider to work with us to co design a development programme which will be used as part of a toolkit in order to equip our front-line staff to have those different conversations. We believe that working in this way will reduce demand on multiple professionals by minimising the duplication of assessments, provide better outcomes for individuals and enable a one system approach to changing the way we assess for and provide services, ensuring we are able to target services and resources more effectively.
