Tender description

Onward Group Ltd (‘Onward’) wishes to appoint contractor(s) who will have the experience and capability to deliver a programme of fire risk assessments across the North West as expressed within these tender documents. This will allow Onward to meet its compliance responsibilities in accordance with fire safety. The procurement will be divided into lots based on region and a final lot for audit services. The scope of the contracts are for the provision of the following within the boundaries of each group of properties Type 3 fire risk assessments, Type 4 fire risk assessments, audits Type 3 and 4 fire risk assessments undertaken within Merseyside region. Type 3 and 4 fire risk assessments within the Greater Manchester region. Type 3 and 4 fire risk assessments in the Lancashire region. Third party audits of fire risk assessments undertaken across Onward stock.
