Electrical Maintenance Services incorporating the inspection, testing, servicing, reactive maintenance and emergency call-out repairs for the following equipment: - LV Switchboards. - ACBs. - Switch-rooms/Switchgear. - Surge Arrestors. - Security/Amenity/Internal Lighting. - Panic/Affray/DDA Alarms. - Door Access Systems - Portable Appliance and Microwave Oven Testing. - General Electrical works and Reactive call outs. - Data cabling The tender is divided into Lots for Kent Police (Lot 1), and Essex Police (Lot 2) Initial contract period of 36 months plus option to extend the contract by a further 3 periods each of 12 months.
