Tender description

Public Health England (PHE) is planning to award a contract for the provision of an atmospheric controlled CLARIOstar Plus and a plate stacker to BMG LABTECH. PHE believes that the system is currently the only one in the market capable of meeting the specify requirement of a Fluorescence and luminescence detection performed by the patented Linear Variable Filter Monochromator including the Linear Variable Dichroic Mirror. With a selecting wavelength and bandwidths for excitation and emission from 8 nm to 100 nm changeable in 1 nm increments. And also included is the ability of the atmospheric control unit which independently controls both CO2 and O2 recording of the gas levels directly into the data files, so that precise control of temperature, humidity and other environmental factors such as CO2 and oxygen can be maintained.
