Bristol Waste Company are tendering on the behalf of Bristol City Council for a construction project to redevelop the Bristol City Council Hartcliffe Way depot. The tender will be for the demolition and enabling works at the Hartcliffe Way site. Project Reference on Procontract tender portal is DN450169 One stage tender process for the provision of all demolition and enabling works of the Hartcliffe Way Depot, in preparation for future works on site. To include but not exhaustive Planning site boundary Hardstanding Concrete to be broken out, crushed and re-used. Top garage (Block B) Roof previously demolished. Concrete to be broken out, crushed and re-used. Retaining walls to be constructed to retain slope Workshop (Block C) 2 storey workshop/weld shop to be demolished Access temporary access route provided. Section requires suitable fill material Ramp concrete access ramp and columns to be demolished Tank One underground fuel tank to be emptied and removed.
