The ESSP is required to support Defence Munitions with low value procurement, (transactions up to £50,000.00 ex.VAT), for non recurring requirements that cannot be sourced via any other MOD or Government Contracts or Frameworks. The ESSP has been identified by Defence Munitions Commercial to provide a more streamlined and efficient route to market for low-value, low risk requirements, and to reduce the number of regular transactions via Government Electronic Procurement Card (ePC).
