Tender description

The Client proposes to construct a building in the area of the existing Mission Support Centre to provide appropriate, efficient and cost effective office accommodation for the Cadet School staff. The existing Mission Support Centre will either be demolished completely or retained to some extent and upgraded appropriately to form part of the new Headquarters. It is also possible that some other buildings in the vicinity may have to be cleared to provide the required site area.A Design Team is being retained to undertake the assessment, design, procurement and construction oversight activities associated with the proposed work. The Design Team will be briefed on the facilities required in the completed building including the type and amount of office accommodation, the ancillary facilities and the administration requirements to be accommodated as well as applicable constraints, including timing.
