Tender description
Donegal County Council proposes to develop a car park and 500m footpath to provide parking and a viewing point for the Great Sea Arch located in the townland of Pollet, Fanad Head, Co Donegal. The proposed development is contained within two sites - 0.45Ha (Footpath) & 0.2Ha (carpark), located along local road (L-10721). Works will include the following; Vegetation removal and site clearance Provision of car and bus parking area Creation of a 1m wide footpath through agricultural land Piping, repair and extension of existing drainage network Fencing of new path and car park Erection of way marking and directional signage. Installation of trail furniture such as picnic tables and benches.
