Tender description
The review will examine the role and composition of the Board to ensure there is evidence of sufficient approval and oversight regarding the activities and operations of the organisation. The review will also look for evidence that the Board supports, approves and reviews the strategic direction and results achieved by the organisation and is equipped to oversee the programming, risk management, fund raising and financial management of GOAL to ensure accountability at the highest level of the organisation. The review will consider the relationship between the Board and Senior Management to assess its operation in the delivery of the functions as outlined in the Terms of Reference.
