Tender description
The Service is a community-based Tier 2, Adult Lifestyle Weight Management Service. This is intended to be a 12 week programme for adults in Swindon who are living with obesity (as defined by their BMI), and meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria found in the Service Specification. The Service should enable participants to achieve and maintain sustainable weight loss (see Service Specification for further details). The initial contract term will commence on 1st April 2020 for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 36 months (3 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 6 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £45,000 and £60,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £90,000 and £120,000 across the potential total 6 year contract term.
