Tender description

East Riding of Yorkshire Council (The Contracting Authority) is seeking a single Economic Operator with the appropriate product range, experience and competitive pricing to provide a Prepaid Card Accounts Service for its service users in receipt of direct payments for their assessed personal budgets in the Adult Social Care Service area. This exercise is a Mini Competition under the NEPO505 Prepaid Card Accounts Framework Contract for a three-year period from 28 November 2019 to 27 November 2022 with an option to extend to 27 November 2023.
