Forestry England is seeking Expressions of Interest for a vacant building located in the Forest Centre of Wendover Woods formerly used as a café. The purpose of this notice is to test the market and gather ideas of how this building may be best used in the future. The building is expected to be offered on a commercial basis with rents, income percentages and utility costs being applied. Additional information: Interested parties wishing to view the facility can arrange to do this during the notice period (deadline 8th January 2020) by contacting wendoverwoods@forestryengland.uk Viewings will be arranged locally. No viewings will be permitted without prior notification.
