Tender description
The council wishes to procure a solution to replace the current out-of-support CRM and help move to new models of service delivery. It intends to implement and extend the CRM replacement solution through a phased approach. The like-for-like replacement of the functionality of the existing CRM and an enhanced waste customer service offer as the immediate priorities to be delivered in Phase 1. The Council is still considering what later phases of implementation will incorporate. The contract will be for the period 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2024, with the option to extend for up to a period of 2 x 12 month periods.
