Single eCommercial System

Tender description

The Contracting Authority, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), is seeking a supplier to provide a Single eCommercial System that is capable of functionality allowing them to plan, prepare, run and manage procurement's in full compliance with PCR15 and all relevant public procurement legislation and best practice. The range of functionality required from the eCommercial System will include: - planning - sourcing - tender creation, issue and management - tender evaluation - contract award - governance and approvals management - e-auctions - dynamic purchasing systems - data management and reporting - savings management The successful supplier will provide all service elements over the term of the contract.
