Oxford Direct Services is the wholly owned trading arm of the Council. One company provides services directly to the Council and one company trades and competes for business in the wider city economy: — Oxford Direct Services Ltd (ODSL), — Oxford Direct Services Trading Limited (ODSTL). ODSL are reaching out to commercial cleaning services contractors to invite them to a suppliers day on 10.12.2019, the aim of the day is to expand ODSL’s understanding of what is available in the marketplace and identify innovative ideas for the efficient running and day to day management of the 3 sites. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for ODSL. The Council is using the South East Business portal to carry out this procurement process.
