Tender description

The following security/guarding services are being tendered by the City Council in order to set up a call-off framework for a period of 4 years, on the basis of 2 + 1 + 1 years. Service providers may apply for any or all of the lots: Lot 1a: City Centre — Static Guarding — to appoint a single provider for a planned static guarding service; Lot 1b: City Wide – Static Guarding – to appoint a single provider; Lot 2: Events (to include door supervision) — to award up to a maximum of 4 providers with events and call off based on the tender outcome of the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) ranking; Lot 3: Mobile Patrols — to award up to a maximum of 2 providers with call-off based on a 50:50 split between the 2 providers and locations allocated on a rotational basis; Lot 4: Taxi Marshalling – to appoint a single provider.
