Tender description

Trafford Council are seeking a care provider to provide high-quality residential and nursing services in a nursing and residential care home owned by the Council. The service is currently operational. The prospective care provider will need to have a good track record of providing high quality services, including developing a service improvement plan to overcome poor quality issues. The provider should preferably have experience of taking over a service at short notice or transferable skills that would meet this requirement. The care provider should also be able to evidence close working with Councils and an understanding of the importance and changing role of residential and nursing provision within the wider health and social care system. This is an accelerated procedure under the 2015 Public Contract Regulations. There is an emergency requirement to ensure a continuation of care in this Trafford Care Home.
