Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to deliver (develop* & construct) the V36 Urban Sports Park project. Project Scope – concrete urban sports park (1,000m²) suitable for skateboarding, BMX, roller blading and free running. Associated landscape works include bitmac linkage paths, fencing and floodlighting. The park will consist of 3no. bespoke areas; Bowl, Street and Plaza areas with suitable flow and transition between these areas. The Contractor will be responsible for developing the design of the concrete urban sports park* excluding the associated landscape works. *concrete urban sports park has been taken to concept design stage. The Contractor will be responsible for completing this design. The design of the associated landscape works has been completed.
