Qualification System for Turnkey Office Refurb and Related Services

Irish Rail is seeking to establish a Qualification System for the provision of A Turnkey solution for Office Fit Out and Related Services. Interested applicants must complete the attached Pre-Qualification which seeks to demonstrate applicants suitability. Applicants should have relevant experience in the provision of new Desks and chairs, relocation of existing furniture to new proposed layout. Modifications to existing power & data layout including rewiring via existing raised access floor to supply all desks and connection to the power supply. Removal & disposal of any existing screens and partitions no longer required for the new furniture layout. Applicants should also have experience in office re-design which may be utilised under this qualification System. It should also be noted that this Qualification System is likely to require weekend work and phasing, where phasing is required then each phased section to be ready for staff use on Monday morning. Work Arising under this Qualification will be awarded on the basis on a competitive tender process within the members of the Qualification System
