Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Structural Investigations and Monitoring Project Description Swindon Borough Council are looking for a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Structural Investigations and Monitoring to properties at identified properties as specified by Swindon Borough Council. • Overall stability of structures • Monitoring of cracking damage • Basic Foundation & Subsoil Investigation • Extensive Foundation & Subsoil Investigation • Ground Service drawing (showing all services) The initial contract term will be for up to 24 months as stated in the RFQ documents. Estimated contract spend is between £ 120,000.00 and £140,000.00 across the initial 2 year contract term. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the RFQ documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
