Yearly disposal of old slides and block and yearly collection of blocks and slides to be stored off site. All slides and blocks to be catalogued allowing the department to retrieve slides and blocks for delivery from contract to hospital site next day. Storage facility must have human tissue authority licence and controlled environment with UKAS temperature and humidity calibrated certification.
