Tender description

Orbit is looking to procure a Financial Capability Support Service from high quality providers that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit customers. The service will cover all Orbit stock, broken into 10 Lots as follows: Lot 1 – Bexley Lot 2 – Warwick District Lot 3 – Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth Lot 4 – Rugby and Northampton (incl. Kettering & Corby) Lot 5 – Stratford on Avon District Lot 6 – Thanet Lot 7 – Hastings and Rother Lot 7 - Hastings and Rother Lot 8 – Norwich, Broadland, Waveney and Yarmouth Lot 9 – Digital and phone only Lot 10 - Service Design Please see attached documents for further information. Please be advised that for the local lots delivery partners bidding will need to be based/working in the area. The provision of the service is expected to commence 1 April 2020 (Exact dates to be agreed between the successful provider and Orbit) Each contract will be awarded for a period of two years with potential for a one year extension.
