The objective of this procurement is to invite proposals from suitable providers of car hire services with a view to agreeing a contract for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The objective of this procurement is to invite proposals from suitable providers of car hire services with a view to agreeing a contract for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years. CAL requires all concessions to operate for all arriving scheduled and chartered flights and to provide a service for any passengers on delayed or diverted flights who have pre-booked a vehicle. The minimum requirement is for concessions to be open to meet and greet all pre-bookings. The concession must operate 7 days per week, 365 days of the year. The intention is to award 3 concessions.
