Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council is commissioning supported living services for people located in Oxfordshire. In commissioning these Services, it is the Council's intention to support adults with learning disabilities to live safely and confidently in their own homes and community. The contract is split into 6 lots at addresses across Oxfordshire and interested providers may apply for any number of the following lots: • Lots 1 & 2 – People with learning disabilities • Lot 3 - People with learning disabilities, mental health, substance misuse, personality disorder and/or chaotic lifestyles • Lots 4 & 5 - People with learning disabilities, multiple disabilities, complex health and/or physical disabilities • Lot 6 – People with learning disabilities – Autistic Spectrum Disorder The anticipated start date of the service is 10th June 2020 for a period of 5 years (with an option to extend for up to 60 months in aggregate). TUPE information can be provided on return to us of a completed Confidentiality Agreement. Completed Confidentiality Agreements can be returned to us via the portal.
