Hull Outreach Service (Rough Sleepers)

Tender description

Hull City Council (the Authority) invites qualified and interested suppliers to tender for the provision of a contract to secure a revised Hull Outreach Service for rough sleepers.The Authority is conducting the procurement using an open non EU procedure under the light touch regime. The Authority proposes to enter into a Contract for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of 12 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance and monitoring. The anticipated service commencement date is 1 January 2020. This service specification sets out the requirements for the Hull Outreach Service. The Authority envisages that the staff working in the current service will transfer to the Service Provider or its subcontractors, under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) (TUPE) along with the Services.
