The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (the Academy) is the coordinating body for the 24 medical Royal Colleges and Faculties across the UK and Ireland. We ensure that patients are safely and properly cared for by setting standards for the way doctors are educated, trained and monitored throughout their careers. As a national health charity, the Academy supports key partnerships across the four nations including NHS, HEE and the charity sector. The Academy is currently looking for an HR provider to provide the following areas of support as required: • Strategic advice to the Board on workforce, HR or organisational change issues • Operational advice, direct support and information to the Chief Executive on HR issues • Confidential advice on request to individual members of staff on employment issues Additional information: Please note: Please email any expressions of interest and clearly address the key requirements.
