The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a service partner to provide a range of hotel services, support and management to complement the Trust’s private care management team and on-site clinical operations at a brand new outpatient diagnostic and treatment centre in Cavendish Square London. The Trust will therefore work with the successful bidder to design the service in more detail and welcomes innovative and creative solutions to improve the Cavendish Square experience for our clients and our clinical teams, whilst improving the efficiency of the services provided to demonstrate best value. The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a provider that will: — be experienced in the provision of hotel services within a prestigious private care environment, — have demonstrable good performance in previous contracts within the healthcare sector, — have a positive reputation in the healthcare sector, — have the ability to demonstrate cost effective solutions whilst delivering high quality care, — understand, articulate and demonstrate what quality means at both a corporate and individual level and your staff, operatives and sub-contractor supply chain will have the operational flexibility and emotional intelligence to identify that different individuals need different solutions, — excellent patient experience.
