Tender description

Clean Entire Roof & Gutters, Clean down pipes. Prepare & re sheet with torch on felt the old asphalt surface. On the old conical areas remove old felt & refelt. On old asphalt & re-sheeting: Screen concrete to make a smooth surface. Prime, lay underlay and top coat of paralon NT4 mineral finished torch on felt or other approved material. Include for dressing up at rooflight kerbs. Conical Roofs: Remove existing felt & replace rotten parts of deck. Remove fasica & replace with hardwood, plastic coated. Prime, lay underlay & top coat of paralon NT4 mineral finished torch on felt or other approved material
