Tender description

A (multi-disciplinary) design and build delivery partner is sought to provide the full suite of delivery services and works. The procurement of hospital pre-construction services, subsequent build with the option of facilities management services. The Government of Jersey is seeking to procure a "Design & Build Constructor and Delivery Partner", to design, procure and construct the “Our Hospital” project. Jersey does not sit within the European Union but as a public sector body it applies the principle of transparent procurement practices in accordance within the boundaries of its own laws and financial regulations. Jersey is not subject to the EU Procurement Directives or UK Public Contract Regulations. The intention is to align to EU and UK procurement policy and procedures as best practice but not to be bound by EU or UK law. Classification - Public Competitive procedure with negotiation type process will be followed. The procurement will be run in compliance with Government of Jersey Financial Directives (5.1, Public Procurement and Management of Public Finance). Principles of non-discrimination, equal treatment and transparency will be applied in accordance with the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNAC). The opportunity will be openly advertised via Channel Island Tenders Portal and be available to suppliers based in Jersey and beyond.
